I have been in management since 2011. What has made me successful is being able to connect with others to provide a relational experience for team members and patients. That means that I am open to sharing my quirks with the world. It's how I put others at ease.
Patient Impact
Many patients don't always understand their insurance, and I certainly didn't before coming to dental. I love when I can make an impact and provide education around that as well as provide solutions to financial obstacles. I believe I am a good problem solver!
